I have been meaning to blog Dave and Ruth wedding and finally :) it is here. Its been so much fun to be around this lovely & giggly couple put smile on my face and I hope you enjoy looking through their emotional happy day :)

What was the most memorable moment from your wedding day ?

Daves speech for its level of inappropriateness.

The golden hour unplanned photo shoot. It wasn't planned and we're the best pictures of the day

What did you love about location you got married ?

It gave us the impression of being remote, but was close enough to town in reality to make transporting guests easy.

The decor inside was exactly what we wanted as it was a nice mix of old country house and modern and bright. And the food was incredible.

Not to mention the staff who bent over backwards to help us throughout

Any tips, recommendations for newly engaged couples when organising wedding ?

Plan ahead. If you think you're doing things too soon you aren't. Things seemed to take 2 weeks longer then planned. And with everything done ahead of time it releases pressure.

What would you do differently when organising your wedding ?

Not have a global pandemic.And buy the invites. It saved us lots if money making them but it took FOREVER.

What was the most hardest or challenging when organising your wedding ?

The suits. Highlandwear is very difficult to organise in the South West. If the tailor had been more local it would have helped massively.

What apps /tools you used to organise wedding ? Was it helpful?

Excel to monitor costs. 

Bridebook was a good base for costs.
